House and Building History

Picture

The kind of property research I do involves trying to figure out about when a house or building was built and who lived there. I do this by utilizing a variety of available historical information such as census records, city directories, deed records, insurance maps, newspaper articles, obituaries, and cemetery records. I can provide you with biographical information on owners and residents as well as a chain-of-title listing those who have owned your property and dates when the property changed hands. I'll also provide you with copies of any supporting information I turn up. Click here to see a property history sample. For more information, see the Pricing page.
